Ramon Guiyab, CPA, CMA, MBA

Ramon Guiyab serves as the Managing Member of Guiyab & Associates, CPA’s PLLC.

Having extensive experience in both private and public accounting, his area of proficiency is focused on controllership accounting, financial, compliance, and program audits, business/management advisory and consulting, financial analysis, process re-engineering and tax arena.

In private practice, he served in various leadership positions including, but not limited to, Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer in service-type organizations in New York, real estate companies and business process outsourcing companies.

His public practice concentrated mainly on leading tax departments, serving multiple accounting clients, and performing various financial and compliance audits, including program audits of not-for-profit organizations in New York.

A graduate of Far Eastern University, Philippines with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy, he obtained his Philippine Certified Public Accountant license in 2005. He is also a Master of Business Administration degree holder, Major in Financial Management from National College of Business and Arts, Philippines.

He later obtained his Certified Management Accountant certification in the USA and Certified Public Accountant licenses in New York , New Jersey and Illinois, USA. Aside from being a member in these respective institutes, he is also a member of the American Board of Forensic Accounting.
